2-position hang clean (below knee, power pos) – 4×2

B) 2 Snatch PP + 2 OHS – (2+2)x4

C) 5 rounds: 2 x mountain complex, 100m jog

Note: 1 mountain complex = 1 push-up + 10 mountain climbers + 1 burpee
