Nutrition Program

Ready to get healthy, lose weight, and keep it off for good? Come to CrossFit South Bend for your free Nutrition Intro Session. We will meet for a private 30 minute chat about your goals, and what our nutrition coaching programs can do to help you achieve those goals. No pressure. No obligation. Just a chance to see if our nutrition programs are a good fit for you. We'll get you started with a coach who understands your goals and is truly interested in helping you. You can start with two free weeks of food journal review, and then if you find that beneficial we can work with you more long-term through our one-on-one nutrition coaching programs.

During your FREE Intro Session:

  • You will have the opportunity to discuss your goals and ask a nutrition coach any questions you might have
  • You can do an InBody┬« body fat analysis which tells you about your muscle mass, body fat percentage, calorie needs, and so much more
  • You'll be eligible to do two free weeks of one-on-one nutrition coaching with one of our nutrition coaches
