Conditioning

Complete 6 Rounds for time:

Power Snatch – 3 Reps
Burpee with Vertical Touch – 6 Reps
Dip – 9 Reps
*For Burpees, measure a jump touch prior to the DWOD. Use this as your target for each rep throughout the workout.
