Warm-up: Thacker method for snatch

A.  Snatch – 3RM 3-position pause snatch (below knee, above knee, mid-thigh)

B.  OHS – waves x3. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 reps every :30, then rest 2:00. 

C.  3 rounds (not for time): 10 T-tilt + squatting T-tilt, max plank hold
