*** come in today with a mental game plan of Saturday and hit some specific mobility you KNOW that works for you. Gather anything you need for your OLY COMP! If you need to borrow something from the gym just ask me so I can take note. Foam roller, ball, bands, belt etc!

 *** tonight come in ready to hit a solid 75 and 70% on your two lifts. Also come in with a game plan again of your starting weight and then if you hit your starting weight, what your second and third lifts  would look like and if you miss your starting weight what your second and third lifts may look like. 

*** we are also going to hit a nice little stretching and conditioning piece just to get you a little sweaty but nothing to exert you !!! I promise 🙂
