Friday 1.2.15 (Mike and Carm’s Wedding Day!)

Hey all!

The gym is closed today for Mike and Carm’s wedding, with the exception of one class we will be having at 9:00am.

You will have the chance to “beat the bride and groom” at the workout “Jack”, which means…..
Completing as many round as possible in 20 minutes of the following:
10 Push Presses (115 pounds for the males, 75 for the females)
10 Kettlebell Swings (55 pounds for the males, 35 for the females)
10 Box Jumps (24 inches for the males, 20 for the females)
Saturday we will be returning to our normally scheduled hours!

Notes:

You have 3 minutes to get as far as you can into this chipper, then you get a 1 minute rest.

You then start back at the beginning of the chipper after the rest and get 6 minutes to get as far as you can, with a 2 minute rest afterwards.

For the last cycle, you start over at the beginning again and get 9 minutes to either finish or get as far as you can.

Your Score is total number of reps completed through each cycle.

Other Details:

If you will be missing an Fundamentals class, no worries, we can do some make up work to catch you up. Try not to miss as many as you can though because each one builds on the prior class. But if you have to, just email Brandon@crossfitsouthbend.com and we will get it organized for a makeup during the Fundamentals.

Signing Up:

The first two weeks of each month, are free! We want people to give CrossFit a good honest try before they decide whether or not it is for them. After that first two weeks from the 6th – 17th. If you decide its for you, you can sign up on the Tuesday the 20th to continue your Fundamentals.
