Barbells For Boobs This Weekend!

Hey everyone!

Seeing as how we had to postpone our Barbells for Boobs this past weekend. This Saturday at the 9:00am and 11:00am class we will be running our Barbells for Boobs wod. But we will be continuing the fundraised all the way through October, and hosting our next Barbells for Boobs during our usual time in October! Stay tuned over the coming months for more details.

Notes: We are now going from 2x10s to 3x10s, and will be coming back to the 80 seconds intervals per set. You are also going to lighten up your weight from last Wednesday by 5-10% to accommodate for the extra set. And then in the coming weeks we will start to add weight back on.

We are intending on opening for regularly scheduled classes after 2:00pm. yeah yeah yeah, I know some of you have trucks and can tear through it, but in the past we have seen too many little slide offs on the way here during weather like this.

Want some Olympic Weightlifting Shoes?

Hey everyone,

Brett and Kristin Albers from our local Fleet Feet Mishawaka will be out here on Saturday and Sunday with some awesome Inov8 shoes for people to try on. CrossFit South Bend members get 10% off their order! If you have been waiting to get some CrossFit shoes for lifting or general CrossFit, now is the time to do it!

Saturday – They will be out at the gym on this day from 12:00pm – 1:00pm with some Inov8 lifters for people to try on

(Even though we are closed for our weightlifting clinic on Saturday, you can come out and try on some of these awesome shoes and get you a pair from 12:00pm – 1:00pm)

Sunday – Barbells for Boobs – They will be out at the gym from 12:00pm – 1:00pm with Inov8 lifters as well as some other CrossFit geared Inov8s for people to try on. Again, anyone and everyone is welcome to come out!
