What is the scaling for girls?
Melissa and I went crazy today. We did squat and bench, then did the standard WOD of hspu, sand bag shuttle runs, and rope climbs. Then we did our 5×3 cleans and did 4 rounds of the our DWOD. I scaled to 165. Melissa did 95 I think. She beat me by at least 30 seconds.
