Amateur

Squat 3×5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)
Bench Press 3×5 (add 2.5 lbs to last workout)

Collegiate

Close Grip Bench Press 5, 5, 5, 5
Front Squat 3 RM, Max Reps @80%

Conditioning

Complete 5 Rounds for time:
Barbell Walking Lunges @ 35%- 40% of 1 RM Squat – 12 Reps (6 each side)
Dips – 12 Reps
Sprint – 100 yds
