A.

Tempo 3RM, 32×1

Note: The tempo will be 3 second eccentric lowering, with a 2 second pause in the bottom. You will be partnered up with someone, your partner will count the tempo for them. The 2 second pause doesn’t start until you have reached their bottom position and all motion has been stopped.

B.

150 Push Ups

Every time you break do a 4x10yd Shuttle
Note: Acceptable resting position is ONLY in a good solid plank position. If hips kick into the air, hips drop, knees touch, or fail a push up do a 4x10yd shuttle
