A training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything. At CrossFit South Bend we take your training very seriously, whether you are a complete beginner to CrossFit or a competitive athlete, we have a place for you within our gym walls. Our general CrossFit programming has a main emphasis on longevity and health first, then performance. It is inherently an intermediate program with scaling options that make it suitable for a beginner to thrive, or to bridge the gap to becoming an advanced CrossFit athlete to get into our Competitive CrossFit program.
