B.  OHS – 4×3@85%

C.  15min EMOM

  • 5×1.5 evil wheels (extra evil)
  • 8x stiff-legged snatch DL @70% of snatch
  • 8x pause wall balls (control the descent of the ball, hold for 2-sec pause in bottom, explode up)
