Deadlift from floor to hip height, return bar to the knee height. 3. High Pull from knee height to full extension, return bar to the floor. 4. Power Clean Perform 3 reps per set. *Work up to the heaviest set of 3 reps possible.

Amy’s Treat Corner: Valentine’s Day 2017

In this video Amy shows you how to make a delicious chocolate strawberry torte for that special someone for Valentine's Day. We hope you guys enjoy! The recipe comes from Jessica DeMay
Preheat oven 350 degree
Put a piece of parchment paper in bottom of pan and Grease it.  I used two 6" spring form pans
  • 4 oz.       Unsweetened chocolate 
  • 1/2 cup   Coconut oil 
  • 2/3 cup  Honey 
  • 3             Eggs
  • 1/2 cup  Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp espresso powder or coffee 
Mix the coc oil and 4oz of choc together in microwave for approx 2:00 minutes
Whisk in honey and 1 egg at a time
Stir in cocoa powder and coffee
Pour in pan and bake approx 15-20 mins DO NOT OVER BAKE :)
Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe: -2-3 cups strawberries -1/2 C Heavy cream -Top layer of coconut cream from the coconut milk can -2 Tbsp Honey -1 Tbsp Vanilla -Dash salt Put all in blender and purée.  Pour in cake pan and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 5-6 hours.
