Did this yesterday. Under 11 seconds on the sprints (35 down and back), and 101 pullups (kipping / butterfly). Butterfly did not feel smooth and my calluses hurt from the outset. Need to get in at least one set of these a week.
Mike – so sorry I wasn’t there last night! Carl’s surgery took longer than planned and we didn’t get him home until 7pm 🙁
No problem. With you being a week ahead I figured I was the only person running that workout, so I came in early and knocked it out. How did the surgery go?
Oh, good! It went pretty well other than the fact that Carl’s knee bone is apparently super strong and the screw broke off in it so the doctor had to use a chisel to get it out. Haha! What went from being an hour and a half to 2-hour procedure turned into 3 hours 😛
