Carm and I did bench (115 and 155) and pullups (6, 6, 6 and 14, 11, 10) before crushing the DWOD. We both used 45# plates finishing at 13:49 and 11:24. Carm’s indignation over being lapped was eclipsed only by the Navy guys TERRIBLE deadlift form. We were both convinced he was going to be wheeled out of there on a stretcher.
