As May approaches, I have come to the realization that I will be losing close to 50% of you forever 🙁 All of you have spent the past 8 months busting your ass in here. I was thinking we could send everyone off with a Crossfit Football total on a Friday. Everyone would come in say at 5:00 and start getting there own warm up in, then at 5:30 we get things rocking. Out of the coming Fridays which would be the best Friday for everyone? Post to comments.

Collegiate
Press 5 RM
Conditioning
Complete 8 rounds:
Front Squats @ 75% of 1 RM – 3 reps
20 yard Flying Start – 1 rep
* Be prepared to run outside.
*For flying starts, take 10 yards to accelerate, you should be at full speed by the time you start the 20 yards.
*Rest 3-4 minutes between rounds.

4/18 I am gone. 4/25 I am skipping for a comp the following day. Good after that, but I am not leaving.
I think I”m good for all of the upcoming Fridays. Are we going to start at 5:30 and go for the 4 hours or are you looking for us to come in during the day? On some days I can take off, but it’s hard to know ahead of time.
In my head I was thinking Friday May 2nd. Everyone try to get here at 5:00pm to try and take care of any warming up you would need. Then at 5:30pm get things going, and taking roughly 20-25 min per lift. I feel like this is something that we could knock out in 2 hours
May 2nd should work for me. Also April 25th would be very bad, I have a competition on the 26th.
Vish / I may be out of town 5/2 but for sure we will be here 5/9 and will be around 5/16
