  1. Well, our max out was today so I figured I’d share. Some good news and some disappointment. Everything was in kg so there’s up to 1 lb rounding in either direction.

    First, the good:

    Snatch-
    Previous 88 lbs
    New 93 lbs

    Clean-
    Previous 113 lbs
    New 121 lbs

    Front squat-
    Previous 143 lbs
    New 155 lbs

    Now, the disappointing:

    Jerk-
    Still stuck at 113 lbs
