We offer the first two weeks of our Fundamentals Course at CrossFit South Bend for Free because we always want to make sure CrossFit is right for you before you go making any decisions.
As soon as you sign up for two weeks of our Beginners Fundamentals Course, check your inbox! We will immediately send you the full schedule of that months Fundamentals along with a few other important details.
The emphasis of our Fundamentals Course is skill development and exposure to our basic movements. This 12 session program is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group CrossFit classes. We prioritize good technique to ensure your safety and success during our group CrossFit classes.
This program begins the first Tuesday of every month and runs 12 classes in duration. So the first two weeks of every month, are FREE!
During our Fundamentals course, the difficulty of these workouts is ultimately in your hands. The degree that you push yourself will determine how hard the workouts are. The class is called Fundamentals for a specific reason. We want to bring you up to the level of intensity and output that is inherent in our group classes. If you feel you have the requisite knowledge to enter our group CrossFit classes you are more than welcome to test out of the Fundamentals Course (scroll down to check that out). Although this is a 12 session program, it is also designed as an ongoing program that beginners can stay in and thrive.

The Accelerated Fundamentals is for those individuals whose schedule does not mesh well with our main Fundamentals schedule. Or for those athletes wanting to move through the Fundamentals at a faster pace, or with more personal attention. The Accelerated Fundamentals is 6 private one on one sessions scheduled at your availability to prepare you for our Classes. After you are finished with your 6 personal training sessions, you also get 3 weeks of CrossFit included!
