Our general CrossFit classes are all unlimited memberships and run one hour in duration. If you have a membership, attend whenever you’d like. If not, a drop in fee will apply.

Times:

Monday: 5:30am, 7:00am, 9:00am, 4:15pm, 5:15, 6:15, 7:15

Tuesday: 5:30am, 7:00am, 10:00am,4:15pm, 5:15, 6:15, 7:15

Wednesday: 5:30am, 7:00am, 9:00am,4:15pm, 5:15, 6:15, 7:15

Thursday: 5:30am, 7:00am, 10:00am,4:15pm, 5:15, 6:15, 7:15

Friday: 5:30am, 7:00am, 9:00am,4:15pm, 5:15, 6:15

Saturday: 9:00am, 11:00am

Sunday: 10:00am

The Olympic Weightlifting is a premium class and requires an additional service agreement to attend. The classes run 90 minutes in duration.
