Crossfit Classes

Details

Our general CrossFit classes are all unlimited memberships and run one hour in duration. If you have a membership, attend whenever you’d like. If not, a drop in fee will apply.

Times:

Monday: 5:30am, 7:00am, 9:00am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm, 7:00pm

Tuesday: 5:30am, 7:00am, 10:00am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm, 7:00pm

Wednesday: 5:30am, 7:00am, 9:00am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm, 7:00pm

Thursday: 5:30am, 7:00am, 10:00am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm, 7:00pm

Friday: 5:30am, 7:00am, 9:00am, 4:15pm

Saturday: 9:00am, 11:00am

Sunday: 10:00am

Fundamentals Class

Details

The Fundamentals class Begins the on a Tuesday each month, and runs 12 classes in duration throughout the month. It is encouraged that you try not to miss any of these classes during the Fundamentals. If you would like to sign up for one of our Fundamentals Courses, click here to do so.

The Olympic Weightlifting is a premium class and requires an additional service agreement to attend. The classes run 90 minutes in duration.

Details

The Strength and Conditioning class is a premium class and requires an additional service agreement to attend. The classes run 90 minutes in duration.

Open Gym is a premium class and requires an additional service agreement to attend. If you have an Open Gym membership you may attend any of the scheduled open gym times.
