What is the CFSB Fundamentals Course?
The emphasis of our Fundamentals Course is skill development and exposure to our basic movements. This 12 session program is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group CrossFit classes. We prioritize good technique to ensure your safety and success during our group CrossFit classes.
We also offer the first two weeks of our Fundamentals Course at CrossFit South Bend for FREE because we always want to make sure CrossFit is right for you before you go making any decisions.

During our Fundamentals course, the difficulty of these workouts is ultimately in your hands. The degree that you push yourself will determine how hard the workouts are. The class is called Fundamentals for a specific reason. We want to bring you up to the level of intensity and output that is inherent in our group classes. If you feel you have the requisite knowledge to enter our group CrossFit classes you are more than welcome to test out of the Fundamentals Course. Although this is a 12 session program, it is also designed as an ongoing program that beginners can stay in and thrive.
